GRAPE VARIETY
Pecorino
This variety is well suited for our soils and foothill climate. The low yield per vine increase its intrinsic minerality, while long wine ageing on fine lees enhances its juicy flavor.
Its color is straw yellow with greenish hues. Definitely fresh in the mouth, crispy, with aromas of white-pulp fruits, acacia honey, fresh herbs, slightly balsamic.
An eclectic, extravagant, acid and mineral wine. An earthly emotion.
