Straw yellow in color, it offers pleasant tropical fruit aromas on the nose; on the palate, it is fresh, savory, and of the right persistence.

Pecorino
This variety is well suited for our soils and foothill climate. The low yield per vine amplifies its intrinsic minerality; prolonged wine aging on fine lees enhances its juicy flavor.
Its color is straw yellow with greenish hues. Definitely fresh on the palate, crispy, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits, acacia honey, fresh herbs, and slightly balsamic.
An eclectic, extravagant, acid, and mineral wine. An earthly emotion.
