Company red berry varieties

A noble rosé, a traditional expression of Abruzzo’s winemaking culture. The grapes are hand-picked while still maintaining high acidity. Using only the free-run juice, extracted from the gentle pressing of the clusters, and the long, low-temperature fermentation, results in an easy-to-drink rosé with good structure.

Bright pink in color, it presents aromas of cherry, rose, and small red fruits; on the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good body.
Precious, sensual, and elegant.

FOOD PAIRINGS
It pairs perfectly with fish stew, generally with stews and other seafood preparations; it also goes very well with cured meat platters, stewed white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
