Using only the free-run juice, extracted from the gentle pressing of the clusters, and the long, low-temperature fermentation, results in an easy-to-drink rosé with good structure.
Bright pink in color, it presents aromas of cherry, rose, and small red fruits; on the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good body.
