Moscatello
From an ancient vine, a modern-style Passito wine, the result of thirteen centuries of winemaking in the area of Castiglione a Casauria. The slow drying on the plant and the most modern winemaking techniques form the basis of this complex wine with an intense golden color and aromas of dried apricot, dried figs, citron, and ginger. On the palate, it is rich, persistent, yet fresh and not cloying, harmonious.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It pairs perfectly with delicate blue cheeses; at the end of the meal, it excels with dry pastries.
